Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrances.
Do you offer samples before I buy a full bottle?
We provide a curated selection of 2ml and 5ml decants for most of our luxury scents so you can test the fragrance on your skin before committing to a full-sized bottle.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.
