At The Scent Reserve, we want you to find your perfect signature fragrance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fragrance items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the perfume bottles in their original designer packaging and place them inside a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our specialists inspect the returned scent for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
